By signing up for DieCast Lane (the "Platform") or using the Platform, you accept the terms below. Please read them carefully.
1. Membership
You must be at least 18 years old to become a member. You are responsible for the accuracy and security of your account details, including providing valid payout and shipping information to buy or sell.
2. Listings
- Your listings must contain real, accurate and non-misleading information; photos must be of the actual item.
- Items that infringe copyright/trademark, or that are fake (replica) without it being stated, are prohibited.
- DieCast Lane reserves the right to remove listings that violate the rules and to suspend accounts.
3. Prohibited Items
Selling items that are illegal, dangerous, or outside the Platform's purpose (anything other than die-cast/collectibles) is prohibited.
4. Secure Payment and Shipping
The payment is held securely until the buyer receives and approves the item. The seller is obligated to ship the item within the stated time and enter the tracking number. After delivery is approved, the earnings are deposited to the seller's bank account.
5. Auctions and Live Streams
Bids placed on a live stream are binding; the highest bidder commits to buying the item. Bids cannot be withdrawn.
6. Commission and Fees
DieCast Lane charges a platform commission on completed sales. The current commission rate is shown to the seller at the time of sale.
7. Returns and Disputes
If an item does not match the listing, the buyer can open a dispute with "report a problem" within the stated time after delivery. Disputes are reviewed by the DieCast Lane support team.
8. Limitation of Liability
DieCast Lane is an intermediary platform between buyer and seller. The seller is responsible for the condition and delivery of items. The Platform cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from transactions between users.
9. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version is always published on this page.
